The time you give to OBI depends on you. Of course, the more you can give the more you will get out of it but we appreciate that some people will have more time than others. One of the things you will learn with OBI is how to outsource effectively. Almost everything you do online can be outsourced and we will be showing you how to do it inexpensively and most effectively. This will cut your own hands-on time down significantly.
As well as this, you will also have a virtual assistant at your disposal and the possibility for sharing skills and tasks with your mastermind group. Between OBI classes there may be tasks set which it will help you to complete for your own learning and progress. The bare minimum amount of time invested to perform these tasks should be around 2/3 hours per week.
For your Action Learning, there are 3 days of dedicated training each month and you won't want to miss those, then 2 weekend conferences. These are optional, but you will find them both entertaining and highly valuable.
