How is the teaching conducted – do I have to make it to every class, or will there be online tuition aswell?

As well as the 3 live training days per month, there will be further material too. Served online. This will backup the live classes. The nature of it (whether by video, teleseminar, ebook or e-course) depends on the modules you are doing and the trainer involved. It need not be essential for you to make it to every day therefore, it depends on your own learning style. Nothing live step-by-step training however.
