Training
Enrolled clients in the OBI will embark on a training program including the following education and support:

Three one-day laptop seminars per month
Courses will be conducted by “Action Learning”. This is a recognized method of teaching in which students learn by actually performing the work either in class, or in small groups between classes. Each OBI class will be run by a skilled Internet professional assisted by at least three ‘over-the-shoulder’ helpers.
Two weekend seminars/conferences per year
At these events, held over three days, ten world-recognized experts in the field of Internet Marketing will be invited to speak and educate about their area of expertise.Aside from the learning value of these events, they will also present a valuable opportunity for OBI clients and Internet business owners to network, conduct joint-ventures and share knowledge and skills.
A dedicated virtual assistant
The aim is to have one assistant per four clients. Virtual assistants will help with manual tasks such as article marketing, site directory submissions and keyword research.
This is high-value assistance for OBI clients. You can be sure we will be letting you know exactly how best to use your virtual assistant.
Telephone and round-the-clock online assistance
The OBI help desk and community forum are your lifeline. The help desk will provide technical support for OBI-supplied software, plus ongoing friendly advice and help along the way. The OBI online community forum will enable members to give each other peer-to-peer support, plus share workloads, skills and knowledge.
